Spotify Playlist Placement Packages
Eyefuel PR will send your music to Spotify Playlist Curators & Influencers so it can be picked up in various applicable playlists. Curators & Influencers may choose and include your music in their public playlists. This service is for distribution to curators, and does not guarantee placement. Pickup weighs heavily on the Artist and Music, and should be appealing and in a popular genre. The wider appeal your music has, the more it will be picked up.
Factors you (the artist) control:
- The number of genres and playlists targeted
- The strength/quality of the song
- Selecting genres in your campaign settings that align well with your song
If your song is added to a playlist, the amount of streams will be influenced by the playlist curator and the activity of their listeners.
Factors controlled by the curators and their listeners:
- Which position you are placed on their playlist
- The duration that your song is kept on their playlist
- The activity level of their playlist followers

Since Eyefuel PR has been managing my Instagram social media account I’ve had the best experience you could possibly have with hiring someone I didn’t know at first. Throughout the initial process they did a thorough analysis of my page and my goals for the page and came up with a concrete strategy that has both tremendously increased my following as well as my engagement. I have been using them for about a year now and do not see myself ever leaving their business because of the consistent growth I’ve had and their incredible responsiveness to my questions, needs, concerns, and changes I wanted to make to my account from personal to business.
@Daniel.Viviano
Ever since I started using Eyefuel PR’s Instagram Management Services, my account has taken off with regards to growth and engagement. I’ve had three recent posts go semi-viral, all while receiving continual support from the whole team at Eyefuel PR. Jared has been super helpful with hashtag selection and has even reviewed some of my posts after posting to ensure they are done correctly, so as to take full advantage of the marketing work they do. To be clear, this is not a paid followers service, this is a well thought out, high level, targeted marketing plan. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I can tell you, for music, it works like a charm.

Frequently asked questions
How long will my spotify playlist placement campaign run for?
Your campaign will begin on your start date and will run for 2 weeks (14 days). Start date will be given to you after payment and forms are submitted. Below is an overview of the campaign process.
1) Campaign Launch: Your Song is sent to Playlist Curators
On the first day of your campaign, your song will be sent out to all of the curators in the genres you have selected during campaign set up.
2) The Playlist Curators Review Your Song
Each curator has the option to review your song within two weeks and determine if they want to add it to their playlist.
We will receive feedback from each curator that reviews your song.
3) Curators Can Place Your Song
After reviewing your song, each Curator can decide if they want to add it to their playlist.
4) After the campaign ends, will my song stay on each playlist?
After the 2 weeks is complete, some curators will decide to leave your song on their playlist for days, weeks, or months after the campaign is over, while others will remove it sooner. This decision is completely up to the curator.
Note: Curators are not required or incentivized to add songs to their playlists. Campaigns do not guarantee any placements.
How many playlists will my song to be added to?
Please note: results are not guaranteed as curators have full discretion of whether they choose to add songs or not.
How the number of playlists targeted affects your playlist adds:
The higher the number of playlist curators that your song is sent to, the more opportunities you will have to be added to playlists. When you set up your campaign with Eyefuel PR and select a specific genre that will notify us so we can then get back to you about how many curators we can submit to within your niche.
How the strength and style of your song affects your playlist adds:
Ultimately, curators will choose to place your song on their playlist if they like the song and feel its a good fit. For example, a strong track that is a great fit for the genres selected, will generally receive more playlist adds than a weaker track, that’s not well aligned with the genres selected.
Why the number of playlists is not the most important stat:
While getting added to a lot of playlists is great. Each playlist add will generate different results, sometimes getting added to just one playlist, that has a large reach and is a great fit, can have a huge impact.
Is my song guaranteed to be added to playlists?
While most campaigns lead to playlist adds, Eyefuel PR cannot guarantee that your song will be added to any playlists. The curators are in 100% control of playlist adds:
Our platform helps get your music heard by the playlist curators, however, then it is up to them if they choose to add you to their playlist.
It’s very important to the integrity of our platform and Spotify, that curators have full creative and artistic control over their playlists.
How can I set up my spotify playlist placement campaign for success?
Playlist curators have high-standards for their playlists. Even a great song, may not be given a chance if it’s sound quality is not up to par. This means your song should be mixed and mastered at a professional level.
2) Select a song that is proven to resonate with listeners.
Songs that are professional quality and have proven to connect with listeners can have great success on Eyefuel PR. However, even if your song is professionally mixed and mastered if it doesn’t resonate with listeners, it is not likely to have great success on Eyefuel PR.
Curators will only select songs that they genuinely enjoy and believe their listeners will enjoy.
To help select a winning song, make sure that you have indicators to show that it connects with listeners. This can be determined by reviewing the song’s existing traction on Spotify or other platforms (i.e. Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Soundcloud, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc). If your song has not been available to the public yet, you can get feedback from your team to help make this decision.
3) Determine that your song is a good fit for the genres within the Eyefuel PR network.
Eyefuel PR has over 1,600 genres in its network and will likely have playlists that match your song’s style, however, if your song happens to be in a very small niche genre, we may not have enough playlists in our network to successfully promote it.
Since our network is growing with new curator sign-ups every day, the likelihood we can help you is high, but we want to be sure we can provide the best service so if your genre is small please write to us before purchasing at support@eyefuelpr.com.
4) Target the best genres for your song
During the campaign process, we will make sure to target genres that are aligned with the musical style of your song.
If you arent familiar with crossover genres and feel it would benefit you to add other genres, you can go to everynoise.com and search for your genre, then find other similar ones by listening to songs in similar-sounding genres by name.
5) Target enough Playlists
After selecting a great song and targeting the best genres, it’s important to make sure that enough curators will get to hear your song. In general, campaigns that target a higher number of playlists will generate more playlist adds than a smaller campaign. This means the larger the plan with Eyefuel PR by default we will be able to get you in front of more playlist curators.
6) Review the Pre-campaign checklist found here in the FAQ’s
3 Step Pre-Campaign Checklist
These are all listed in the level of the priority prior to your Eyefuel PR Spotify playlist placement campaign. Follow all of these steps to help increase your campaign performance as well as your digital presence.
1) Setup your Spotify for Artists account and do the following.
Start by going to the Spotify for Artists website here: https://artists.spotify.com.
-Setup a high-quality artist profile photo. This is important since fans like to see a photo of the person behind the music. Also, humans resonate with photos of people and so this will increase your chances of gaining new fans and playlist adds.
Before: Artist has not added a profile photo

After: nice photo 🙂

-Link your social accounts to your Spotify profile such as Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter so fans can easily interact with you. Go to: https://artists.spotify.com
-Write a brief bio about yourself to help boost your SEO presence when people are searching for your music.
2) Be 100% sure your music has been mastered and is of high-quality.
At Eyefuel PR, we only work with high caliber talented artists who have extremely high-quality music. To make sure you get the most out of your campaign and curators are not turning down your song based on sound quality make sure your song sounds great!
**If you need a mixing or mastering engineer please email us at support@eyefuelpr.com and we can recommend some that have extensive resumes and fit all different types of budgets.
3) Have Great Track Artwork.
This is not mandatory, however, we often see artists overlook this. Spotify is a very visual platform and sometimes people will click on track artwork just out of curiosity. Our campaigns are all about the music, but curators will see your track art too. If artwork has become an afterthought, look into stepping your game up and hire someone like Eyefuel PR’s award-winning graphic design and branding expert, Joseph Pisicchio or visit our Social Media Branding Kits section here and use these same prices for track artwork pricing. IE. $99 for two designs, $299 for 5, etc.
Does my song need to be released before the campaign?
Your song must be released and live on Spotify before the morning of your campaign start date or earlier.
This means if you place an order with us and you haven’t released the song yet we can not start until you release it and send us the Spotify track link.
Only after we receive this update can we begin work to get your song placed in playlists.
Why can't I set my Spotify Track Link?
Don’t be alarmed if you cannot set your Spotify track. This is completely normal if your song has not been released (i.e. set live, published) yet on Spotify. Please read on for steps to handle this scenario.
If your song is not live yet, you must wait until your release day to set your track link.
Then you will simply need to email us the track link on release day before 9:30 AM PT to ensure your campaign starts on time. 9:30 AM PT is the cutoff time for when tracks must be sent out to curators on campaign launch day.
Our platform cannot send out your song to curators until your song is live on Spotify.
If you are not able to provide your Spotify Track before the campaign start date you are still OK – however, your campaign start date will be pushed back slightly. In this scenario, as soon as you set your Spotify track, your campaign will be automatically rescheduled for the next available start date.
How do I find my Spotify track link?
Below are a few steps to find your Spotify URI link using the Spotify desktop App on your computer. You cannot get the link from the mobile App.
1) For Artists, Go to your song in the Spotify desktop app.
2) Click the three little dots to the right of your song.
3) Click “share”, then”Copy Spotify URI”.

- If you are truly not thrilled with the service or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay. We want all our customers to be happy and feel positive about Eyefuel PR.
- Although, we’re confident you’ll be more than thrilled with the results!
How many streams will my song receive?
To date, Eyefuel PR has helped over 4,000 songs reach over 25 million listeners! However, results will vary between each campaign depending on many variables. Please note: results are not guaranteed as curators have full discretion of whether they choose to add songs or not.
Here are some of the top factors that will influence how many streams a campaign will generate:
Factors you (the artist) control:
- The number of genres and playlists targeted
- The strength/quality of the song
- Selecting genres in your campaign settings that align well with your song
If your song is added to a playlist, the number of streams will be influenced by the playlist curator and the activity of their listeners.
Factors controlled by the curators and their listeners:
- Which position you are placed on their playlist
- The duration that your song is kept on their playlist
- The activity level of their playlist followers
Why the number of playlist followers will not be equal to the same number of streams you receive:
It’s unrealistic to expect 50,000 listeners from a playlist with 50,000 followers. Please keep in mind that an average playlist has an active listener base of around 10%.
For Example: If you are added to a playlist with 50,000 followers, and its followers are 10% active, this playlist will have 5,000 active listeners per month.
How Track Positioning Influences your streams:
The position on which your song is placed in a playlist is very important, and of course the higher the better. People start dropping off at some point and this depends on what kind of playlist it is. For example, a workout playlist people would probably drop off pretty quick (after 1 hour of music, which is 20 songs) but a chill-out music playlist or easy-going people would probably listen to more songs in the playlist because they listen much longer.
For Example: If you are added to a playlist with 50,000 followers, and it’s followers are 10% active, this playlist will generate around 5,000 active listeners per month if your song is placed in the #1 position on the playlist and is kept on the playlist for one month. However, if the curator keeps you on the playlist in the #1 spot for 3 months, then you would receive around 15,000 listeners.
How the duration of your placement on a playlist influences your streams:
The position and duration is determined by the curators, if a curator loves your song they would probably add it higher on the playlist and you could stay on their list for a long time. Your song might move down the playlists at some point because the curator adds new songs higher than yours on their playlist.
For Example: If you are added to a playlist with 50,000 followers are 10% are active, this playlist will generate around 5,000 listeners per month if your song is placed in the #1 position and is kept there for one month. However, if the curator keeps you on the playlist in the #1 spot for 3 months, then you would receive around 15,000 listeners.
Note: Curators are not required or incentivized to add songs to their playlists. Campaigns to do guarantee any placements.
Are playlist results guaranteed?
Since the playlist curators and their listeners ultimately determine your performance, Eyefuel PR does not offer any guarantees for the results you will receive after your song is sent out.
Curators are not required or incentivized to add songs to their playlists. Campaigns do not guarantee any placements.
Note: The average response rate from curators is 88%. Meaning, when we submit at least 88% of them will get back to us with a yes or no. Of which we generally have about a 61% rate of placement. Although, this varies drastically based on the niche and the strength of your song.
It’s very important to the integrity of our platform and that curators have full creative and artistic control over their playlists.

One suggestion we highly recommend is talking to your fellow artists, either in person or online. Connect with artists that have similar goals so you can ask them for their personal experience with their distributor.
